2.Q: Do you have certificates?
A: Absolutely, we are certified with EN71, REACH, and non-phthalate SGS standards, ensuring the highest level of safety and compliance.
3. Q: How to pay?
A: We graciously accept TT and L/C AT SIGHT. We prefer TT with a 30% deposit required before production, followed by a 70% balance prior to loading via TT.
4. Q: What is the delivery time?
A: The delivery schedule is contingent upon order quantity. Typically, you can expect your order within a prompt 4 to 6-week timeframe.
5. Q: How to pack the products?
A: Our products are meticulously packed using standard packaging. Should you have any bespoke packaging needs, we are happy to accommodate, although additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
